Marijuana posession charge in california? |
i've never been arrested for anything and i got caught with less than a gram of marijuana can anyone tell me if this has happened to them and what happened during court? You can apply for defurance and then you can not worry about it...1st time its not a big deal .... they give you a slap on the wrist since it is a small offence Smae thing happened to me, got nothing, trhey took my name, but thats it.........but im in australia.....n 17.....so it'd be quite different I think. yell in court, "hey! i had 20 pounds! where did it go?!". ...the arresting officer will dissapear out the back door. hmmmm wtf did you still have the pot, and didnt smoke it? |
