Tickets and licenses.?


ticket 1: 17 years old. traffic ticket. driving no license, driving no insurance. passing red light. 1k dollar ticket. judge said i couldnt drive for 6 months, reduced my fines by like 500 dollars.


ticket 2: 17 years old. NON-TRAFFIC ticket. speeding. went 7 mph over.


ticket 3: 18 years old. traffic ticket. 1 week before i get my license and insurance. driving with no license. driving with no insurance. 1k dollar ticket.

when i go to the dmv, do you think they'll still give me my license? here is my plan. get my license, get my insurance, send in my ticket saying i wanna mitigiate it (talk to the judge) and show the judge my license and my unsirance...do you think itll help? or do you tyhink because i got that stuff AFTER my ticket, he wont care?

plz dont comment about the dumb decisions ive made regarding the law though, i only want help right now.

Absolutely Not. They have dates on your tickets that will not match up with the date you were insured for. Insurance companies will under no circumstances back date a policy. You are out of luck on the no insurance, and possibly not able to get your license until the age of 21, that I am unsure of though.

That's really up to the judge.

If I was the judge, given you did the same thing just a year before I would throw the book at you.

You will prob have license suspended until age 21.

well,its worth a shot but I wouldnt count on it working.
