I am movieing out from my parents soon..... any info i need to know?

Ok i have fast food experience. And i have a good cheap apartment. ill be making 1000 bucks a month part time at like mickey ds. and rent is like 250 utilities included.

And my question is about taxes insurance and so on. What taxes do i need to worry about. Is it just income????? And is there any law saying i have to have health insurance or life insurance or apartment insurance and so on????

right now i don't have a car or license. i have about 1400 bucks in the back now

Ounce i move out i really dont want to move back... obviously why......

and is it illegal is out source my insurace.... like get insurance from another country to cover me while im in america.. like heath insurace.....i know how things are cheap in other counties :)

im in michigan.....and im an american citizen.....but i have indian(eastern) blood....so i am asian-american.

ok i checked my bank statements.... it was more like 45 days working part time to earn 1225 bucks..

and the apartment is in a college town. 2/3 of all people are college students. thats why its soo cheap

and i did grad from high school and i took the act and got an 20. i did good on the math.

the reason why i ask abt the insurance is cuz when ur comming from another country u can get the insureance from the country and take it along with you or u can just buy it in the that country your going to.

Rental insurance cannot be required by a landlord. The landlord has no duty to require that you protect your stuff. The property owner has insurance to protect their property.

You are not required to have health insurance, but it can be kind of scary not to have it.

You'll be required to get car insurance if you get a car. GET YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE NOW!!! The insurance you'll pay when you get a car depends on your years experience as a licensed driver, not your age. Hold off on getting a car if you can. It'll eat up that $1400.00 pretty quick.

You can likely bring home around $1,000.00 a month working full time at minimum wage. (40 hours a week, at $7.40 an hour). Count on closer to about $800.00. With rent at $250.00 a month, you should be making enough to live, but things may be a little tight.

You won't really need to worry about taxes. Your employer will take out enough from your paycheck to cover your tax burden at the end of the year.

You cannot outsource insurance. Any insurance company that tells you they will do it will only take your money and never (and I truley mean NEVER) pay you on a claim no matter how entitled you are to one. Any insurance company operating outside of the US for US covered insurance is a fraudulent operation already operating outside the law. Even if they issue you 'proof of insurance', it will be a false document, as a company outside the US cannot legally insure you.

Insurance doesn't work that way anyway. You'd be buying a policy based on risk to cover your expenses / damage HERE in the US, which would be for US prices. It would be cheaper to insure you when you're in another country because covering your expenses would be less.

I would definitely get renter's insurance, which is pretty cheap. You don't have to have any kind of insurance in order to move out (car, health, dental, renter's, etc.) Its upt o you. Obviously the more, the better.

You need to re-think your ability to earn $1000.00 part time at any fast food establishment first off. Your spelling and sentences show you need an education. I would suggest you stay put, invest your time in school so you may be able to earn a $1000.00 a month.

It looks like you feel really screwed up by this problem. Hope you may found helpful here.http://health-insurance.onlinebestoffer....

You might want to learn how to spell before you move out.

good luck :)
thats all i can say

you are never required to carry medical insurance or health insurance, but if something happens to you and you end up at the hospital you will have a very large bill to pay lol If you are working at micky d's then all of you taxes are already taken out by the company and all you will have to do if file your tax return at the end of the year. I would go ahead and get rental insurance that way if there is a fire, flood, or tornado and you stuff is destroyed then you can get money for it, but you do not get insurance on the apartment itself, only your belongings inside the apartment. hope this helps, i know what its like moving out and good luck, but i will tell you this it is always more expensive moving out than you plan on because you forget about food, cable internet, and fees for apartments, and cost of washing clothes, that cost me an extra 5 dollars a week

hello, i live in michigan too. if your renting, then the only taxes you'll have to worry about is your income taxes that you'll file at the begining of each year. appartment insurance ususally isnt required to rent, unless it is in your lease, or your landlord requires you pay it. i've rented at 5 different residences since i moved out on my own, and none of them required rental insurance, but there was one that included the rental insurance in my rent.
no, u dont need health insurance if you dont want it. im not sure about health insurance from another country. i dont think it would be possible, because it may not cover you if you need medical/dental help. i would recomend getting an insurance plan. ameriplan is suppose to be a good one, so i've heard anyways. i have children, so i get medicaid threw the state. that could be something to look into. i dont know if you would be eligable, but its free to fill out an application for medicaid (medical insurance) and if your approved for it, its free to you at no cost.
hope this helps, and good luck!

If you think that you will be making $1,000 at Mc Donald's you have lost your mind. they take out taxes and other things. you will be making Minimum wage with is next to nothing these days. You are getting an apartment for $250. sounds unsafe and like Ghetto to me. Nothing is that cheap these days I would research the area before moving in. you could be killed in a neighborhood like that for that price.
You can get car insurance anywhere try "Progressive". Some counties are higher then other for car insurance.
You are not going to be able to buy a car on that amount of $. plus you will need monies left over for food, rent ,gas, electric, bills etc.. You are in way over your head!
You don't need apartment insurance. your job should offer you health insurance. But they probable will not they will here you part time and Tell you that they might move you up to full time. But they will NOT do it cause it will cost them more $ to do it.
I would consider staying at Home and ride out this terrible economy that we are in. hopefully it will get better.
