I want to know, will I have any kind of penalty because i didnt make the mot yet ?

will it effect my insurance ??

if I caugh by the police how many penalty points ??

thank you guys..and prmise i will make the mot soon..(:-)

good night

You can get penalty points if you are using the car for any purpose other than taking it for its MOT as the car is classed as not roadworthy. Your insurance may be invalid if your car has no MOT as well.

Because you do not have a valid MOT then your insurance will be invalid straight away. Best that you do not have an accident as your insurance company will not pay for any damage to yours or any other car involved. I also believe that if the police stop you and you do not have an MOT they can seize your car straight away and you have to pay to get it back. My advice...get it to the garage quick, the MOT is recorded on a computer database so they know when it has expired. Hope this helps

if you haven't had ur car mot'ed then you aint road worthy! you wont be covered by your insurance and the police could fine you and give you penalty points so you should get it done asap!!
