Driving in an Emergency without License?

Hi, Hope anyone can help me regarding my case happened last Jun20 in Redwood intersection I was about to Turn Left, I was green light, there is a car infront of me that is about to turn left too, so I followed the car and I thought the way is clear, I got hit by a car with my Scooter, I am driving without license as It was emergency. NO scooter insurance too ( but insurance when it got stollen) I have citation for no Insurance, Failed to yeild right of way, and no license.

If any of you have an idea for this case, I want to know what is the Penalty? I will be attending to court next month. I am injured but not the owner of the car who hits me only windshield is damage and we discussed that I am going to pay for all the cost for repair... Pls. help have an Idea about Penalty and find... Thank you in advance

he hit you and you're paying for his repair?...what are you just plain dumb? get a lawyer and sue his butt for your injuries! It doesn't matter whether you were licensed or not!...as for your tickets yes you will be paying fines and court costs and be barred fromed obtainning a license for about a year.

There are "Redwoods" everywhere. Why don't you call the court, they would be able to give you an idea. You are probably talking up to $500 plus license suspension (to prevent you from getting one) for a certain amount of time too if you were in my state.

You turned left following a car because you "thought the way was clear" so the oncoming car that had the right of way struck you while you were illegally driving a scooter with no insurance.

Citation 1 = No insurance
Citation 2 = Inattentive driving (Failure to yield)
Citation 3 = Driving without being licensed

Do I have everything about right?

You stated you were driving because of an emergency. Did you have a critically injured person on the scooter that you were taking to the hospital? I'll bet not. If it was an emergency you should have got a licensed driver to take you somewhere.

Here where I am you would be looking at $1,000 in fines and possibly 30 days in county jail. in addition to having your name sent to DMV to not allow you to get a license until fees are paid and a safe driver class has been taken.

Yeah, contact a lawyer. Most likely it is reasonable to expect a dog owner to secure his property such that his dog cannot easily attack or injure anyone outside of his property.
