Legal advise what do I do please help? |
about three months ago i was involved in a 4 car accident in which I was stopped at a red light and rear ended the person causing the accident was severally intoxicated and crashed into the car behind me who was also stopped going about 80mph since this accident there has just been more and more problems I am unable to work due to a back injury sustained from the accident, I have not received any insurance money from the accident since it was not his car he was driving and the owner claimed he did not have permission so they are not liable,so its been over three months now and the insurance company is still dragging there feet and saying the same bs nor have I gotten the restitution money that was agreed upon to since the guy skipped out on bail and his court date and is now free what do I do ,who do I peruse to make things right any pointers would really help thank you Some punctuation skills wouldf help. ANyway, you need to contact YOUR insurance company and get them moving. You pay premiums they WORK FOR YOU! Call your alocal agent, demand something be done. Go talk to police. Contact social servicews, welfare, unemployement, Find a PERSONAL INJURY/AUTO ACCIDENT SOLICITOR NOW! You have rights, you can sue car owners, insurance companies etc. Get moving. I would have to say this is a civil matter and would probably have to be handled through small claims court. Contact your local justice of the peace to find out how to start the legal process. I would take this person to court! Hire an personal injury attorney. He can then go after anyone who was involved or who might be involved. |
