Is this law suit appropriate? |
Cows stampeded when a walker took her dog across a field that had cows with suckling calves. Poor farmer. I don't think it's fair that he has to suffer just because some fool decides to take their dog into someone's field. Maybe 'common sense' isn't so common anymore. I grew up on a farm and we had 55 cows. We always walked in the pastures with our dogs. Cows are not aggressive. If they get spooked because someone was where they shouldn't be, it's not the farmers fault. There is no law suit because that person was on private property. I think that the walker should take some responsibility as well. |
