Medical Biller Ex tern ship Questions?

I have been doing my ex tern ship now for 3 weeks, have not yet been able to learn anything. It seems that the person (manager/receptionist) does not want me their I been doing filing ever since. I was told my one of the employees who currently works their that I would need to start on practicing on how to verified eligibility/benefits . No one has not yet training so far on anything. What should I do.
Can someone explain to me how can I start verifying eligibility.
What are the questions to ask the Insurance Company.
like co pay/ deduction , etc.. This office where am doing my ex tern ship are constantly busy and I feel that they should not sent any student unless someone is going to be training them from A to Z.

Go to whomever placed you in that office for your externship and let them know what is going on and what you are not learning that you need to learn.
