I need MAJOR HELP!!! How can someone get FAST MOney??!!!!?

my sister has a HUGE problem..and I frankly don't know what to do to help her!...She got a 08 car (Honda) under her name for this guy - who turned out to be a total/jerk...my sister was love blind when she did this...now the guy has gotton two tickets he hasn't payed, bills/insurance for the car he hasn't payed, and he told my sister he doesn't care, that he isn't going to pay nothing...my sister is so paranoid and worried, because first off my parents don't know anything, and she only has a part time job thta barely pays for her needs and cell bills (she gets like $402 every 2 weeks) The people from Ford Credit called her and said if she doesnt pay this week, than her credit will be ruined, and they told her to return the car, but that guy goes to New York, delaware all the time, it has wasted tons of milage already...and to make matters worse, the guy doesnt pick up the phone, he doesnt give a f**k...and she doesnt know where he lives, cause he got evicted a few weeks ago.

Tell them where the car is or suffer the consequences. Making money fast is usually not possible, unless it's illegal.

If it is her car and she has demanded that he give it back to her and he has refused, she can call the police and report it as stolen.

Relatives

The key to this problem is not to find some money to pay for the car but to get even. The car is in her name so she is responsible for it. Since the guy skipped town and does not care about her, she should call and report it stolen. Tell the police that the guy is on the East coast with the car, and was supposed to borrow it, but instead he has never returned with the car. She also needs to make some arrangement with Ford to pay for the car. She can also go through a financing agency that will refinance the car for her. This will lower her payments, so that they are affordable, that is only worth it if she gets the car back. Otherwise she needs to pay the insurance up so that she can be reimbursed for the car since it is stolen. Also, she should check to see if she has GAP insurance. This is usually through the dealer, and covers the remaining value of the car, that the insurance usually does not cover so that she does not end up without a car and with a remaining balance on the car.
