Hit & Run, what can I do. Do I have rights? |
7/5/08 I came home to my parked car being involved in a hit and run. File a suit in small claims court against them. confront the neighbors. Go over and be like "Hey did you hit my car?" If they go over just say its suspicious due to the damage to their car and prior events. tell them its frustrating because its a brand new car and the damage is $500. try to make them feel guilty file in small claims court |
