If a man is court ordered to carry insurance on their child and doesn't should i take him back to court? |
My sons father is ordered to carry insurance on my son. He does not and can not carry insurance on him due to my sons problems, it is almost impossible to find a carrier for my child. Since my son's father isn't covering him should I take him back for more child support. First try to find an insurance that will cover him, then go to court and say that your husband has been unable to find insurance for him but that you have found a plan that will cover him. They should make him pay for it as well. If it costs too much you can get it changed so you can apply for CHIPS or medicaid. If it is court ordered they will be sending his employer notices to put him on insurance when it comes available or if his work allows this. You can try to help him find a plan. If there is no carrier that will insure his condition (and there are some) then the court can do nothing. Under your circumstance,I suggest here for you to have a visit. go back to court.. |
