Does reckless driving ticket disqualify me from driving a semi? |
i was involved in a rear end accident that was my fault and was given a reckless driving ticket by the officier...i was laid off by my job because of insurance reasons...do this mean i cant drive a semi again? You need to contact an attorney about your case. Try to find one that specilaizes in driving issues. If driving issues aren't specifically mentioned through the state bar referral or ads, look on www.ncdd.com for a dui attorney in your area. Most of them specialize in other driving issues also. I know someone who was involved in a accident that caused a death , he continues to drive trucks but i do not know if the accident was his fault. it depends on the company you want to work for... I would contact a few and see what the requirements are. idk but u spelt officer wrong :) |
