If I use a liability contract for someone who borrows my moped, can they still sue me?

Just wondering if someone agrees to signing a limited liability agreement, do you think that would absolve me of an accident caused by their own carelessness on a 49cc moped that doesn't have insurance?

Sure they can sue. If they win or not will depend on how well the contract was written, if they were of age to sign a contract (18) and the cause of the accident.
