Add up all medical bills (from the beginning of your injury to the end, x-rays, prescription drugs, physical therapy, etc.) then 2-3 times this amo... the insurace should take care of the property damage, they are in charge of talking to the complex, getting quotes and paying for all of that damage, you dont have to do anything cause you already ... I'm not going to tell you all the things you should have done. The important thing is yes, you should contact your insurance company and get all the documentation (estimates they have, etc.) ... If the people were home, and the FD did not kick the door, then they would be liable for not doing your job if the people got sick, or if there were other complications. I would file a claim wit... An incorrect date on the ticket does not invalidate the charge against him. He's still guilty of not having proof of insurance. False arrest would require proving gross negligence or willful ... |
