Broke and owing a lot. Help?!?!? |
So my hubby got into a minor car accident and is at fault for it. He's also uninsured. I SAID I DON'T THINK $200 is doable. He'd have to go to Money Tree to even do That!!!!!!!!! Judgement, liens; possible garnishment of salary and tax/federal returns depending on the state of residence he can get an extention to pay threw the civil court system, he can deffinatly still get an attourney. he can do a motion for slow pay if he cant afford what they are asking him to pay You are not broke if you can afford $200 a month. get a lawyer. |
