Is there a possibility of Level 2 Traffic School in California?

I recently received two traffic tickets in a week. One on public streets for violating the red-light traffic code (which I am considering to contest, I was speeding through yellow at 60 but he wrote down 35).... and I was speeding on the freeway while falling asleep (80 in a 65 zone). I was wondering if it was possible to have level 2 traffic school to clear both charges? And if I do contest the first violation, if I admit to speeding, will i be charged for that? I have surpassed my 18 month grace period so that is out of question already. I sure have learned my lesson, but I do not want my insurance to go any higher than it already is.

To answer the questions by Ladi_Di, yes i was speeding on both, but on the first one I was written up for a red light violation. I was wondering if I should contest that, and will i be charged for speeding on the first violation?

You cannot do traffic school once for both. However, if the judge allows it, you can do a second traffic school. The dismissal under that provision would not be confidential. Your insurance company would see that you got a traffic school dismissal, and under some circumstances that can be used in setting rates. It can't hurt to ask, but the odds are very much against it.

Were you speeding on both? if you completed traffic school within 18 months there is no way you can do traffic school, if not you can do traffic school on one but the other you will have to take as bail forfeiture
