Is this commercial use ?

i work from my home as a financial planner / insurance agent / and part time graphic designer .
sometimes clients visit me sometimes i visit them .......... i have no advertisement , no office card , no billboard , no yellow pages in my residential address or any address . my clients come by word of mouth ..... i also do not issue any receipts in my residential address ....
can my property use be termed commercial ?
i do not live in the same country as you but my country has no law regarding this aspect . so my case is going to be fought on argument not specific legal provisions .
i am testing the waters with this question .....opinions please .....

Strictly speaking, yes, it is commercial usage. Proving that against you in court may be difficult. In the future try to pick a neutral meeting place. Although from the description of your work, I can not see how that would become a problem. Unless the traffic of clients coming to your home is creating problems for your neighbors.

well if we don't know your country we can't know what the definitions that the legal system uses now can we?
