2 traffic tickets? |
im 17 and about four months ago i got a speeding ticket 49 in a 35 and this weekend i went to traffic school for it. Now today same sht happened, 50 in a 35. now because the tickets are so close to each other and im a minor, do both of the charges go on my insurance? or just the second one because i most likely wont be eligible for traffic school? I'm going to try to contest the ticket and hope the cop doesnt show up, but if he does. this is my case that im gunna run with. Since the road is 2 lanes and very narrow, this green van was right next to me dangerously close to my car, and i had no room to move over or to slow down and avoid him tapping me, due to the honda behind me tailgating me, so i sped up in front of the van because i was afraid for my safety and for my car. and thats when the cop was coming towards me from the front and caught my speed one the motorcycle radar. Would having a safety issue be reason enough to break a speed law? Thats the point im gunna get across. does anyone think that would cut it? because this was all true that happened to me both Both. |
