Insurance after 90days of working days, LEGAL? |
I just found out my company only starts you on insurance after 90 actual worked days on the job not 90 days after start date. Is that legal in Pennsylvania? No law requires any employer to provide you with anything. Sure is legal. Not all have to even offer it to you, so be thankful. It is kind of a probation period of time, and then so with them. Yes. Be glad they offer it at all. There is no law that says they have to give you anything but the pay you earn working for them. |
