I was caught by the police for driving with no license and insurance. I have not recieved letter for court and |
its been six weeks?! will it ever come? Don't wait for a letter, there is probably a warrant for you already...call the court, they can tell you when you have to appear. If you feel like you are in trouble, you'd better go to the clerk of court's office. If even the letter ws lost, you are still in trouble. If the officer felt bad when he pulled off and did not file the paperwork, then they will tell you that you are off the hook. If you received a ticket, or went to jail at this time of incident, then you better go to the Clerks Office. Letter?? I agree with Wendy. If you got a ticket, the court date is on it. You probably have a warrant waiting to be served on you. that happened to me once i thought that but they will catch up with you it can take up to 6 months , have you learned your lessen ?? its just not worth it oh, trust me it's coming. |
