This is a small accident with no police report? |
This is a small car accident happend one day a go little mark well happend and ask for her driver licence ..she dont have it with her because she come from the gym 600 AM and she forgot it at home, well I ask Who owe's the car she said her houseman well I ask for her for the insurance she said her insurance is kind of wired the car is a lease but latter she said the car is own by the company were her houseman work and their insurance was below to comp name my question . Is kind of wired she dont want to make a police report she said I have to call her later to saw what they decide it ..well of course i give to her my full info latter I told them to make a police report but she don't be agree with me ...well i copy the few info what i have from her o the car like a licence plaques insurance name policy number exp date and her name ph number well I try to contac her to find a agreemet but her houseman said him fill up a report with the insurance bcse the car is owne his company he said they call to the insurance company but the problem is this accident was not my foul was her ...and I don't have her driver license so what I should DO Now PLZ HELP ME!!!! you sure do need help....????? If you got their License plate you can go to the police and make a report, I hope that you have the name of the lady who had the accident with you...if they report the accident before you then get ready because you are at fault....pray for that they have not made a report so you can do it first...If they didn't report it then you win.
