Can I sue my previous employer for a car accident injury that occured while I was working? |
About a year and a half ago I got in a car accident working as a security guard in a company vehicle. I had accidentally hit clients parked car in the company vehicle on the property while I was working .I did not notice I had sustained any injuries until later on. The security company I was working for held me accountable for a percentage of the damages. In addition they took away my hours and made me sign this paper that said I owed them money. Eventually they took away my last pay check after quitting. A few months later I realized that the accident had caused an injury in between my neck and back. I experience frequent pain and discomfort because of this injury. I am trying to get medical insurance so I can go to a chiropractor. Is it still possible to sue my previous employer as a result of this injury? When the accident happened my employer did not provide medical assistance to me so that I could get checked for any injuries. Please don't give any rude remarks. Go and ask an attorney. Hell yeah, you can sue for ten million and get disability for the rest of your liberal democrat life. I bet Edwards would jump at taking your case. How about this....don't sue jerk. Your employer did not cause the accident, one or both of the drivers did. Everyone is godd#@m sue happy nowadays it makes me sick. You're pretty much at fault there. |
