DO i need a lawyer ? Hurt shoulder at work.? |
insurance wants to settle for $7,ooo thousand dollars,Had surgery,no ime yet, shoulder still hurts get an attorney. preferrably one who deals with personal injury and workers compensation BOTH because they will know both sides of the case. dont settle until you have hired an attorney or you will lose your rights. People who go out and hire an attorney when they are injured on the job should make sure all avenues have been taken. If workmans comp has paid your medical bills and disability for the time you were incapacitated and your doctor says you are fit to return to work (and he should know), then go back to work. You may be put on light duty if you are still in rehab. Please, please, please get a lawyer. You will fair so much better. The company is not looking at YOUR best interest your lawyer will. At the end of the day its your needs that have to be met and the lawyer will help. Please get attorney.you need a second opinion about your shoulder surgery. yeah, get a lawyer Yea you will get more money |
