Paypal help legally?

I sold a Laptop on ebay back in February, I was a nice guy sellling it for cheap, gave the buyer free insurance and first class mail, and she claimed it was broken, and disputed with paypal, Well after a month Paypal decided to side with her, BUT She sent the wrong package by accident I guess and told me she is sending the laptop ASAP, but Paypal said Case Closed, the money goes back to me! Yay right? The lady is now saying shes threatening to sue me, she lives in Canada, I will return the laptop at my own expense I told her if I recieve it. but yeah, can she sue me? and can she win? if paypal already favored me?

I live in the U.S.A. btw

you really want to take the advice of a non attorney on this?

I didn't think so.

take out your local yellow pages, and let your fingers do the walking....
