Could you please help me.... i don't understand this warranty and return conditions thingy??

Warranty and Return

We must be notified within 7 days from the delivery date of your item in order to issue an RMA form. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and we will make a replacement or credit depending on our inventory. Units returned and found non-defective will be returned at buyer's expenses. Shipping, insurance fees are non-refundable. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Under no circumstances do we cover return shipping costs on exchanges, defective items, refunds, or damaged items.

Could you please what exactly he is saying please

It means this! If you bought something, and there is a problem, you must notify them for a Returned Merchandise Authorization within 7 days. If it is beyond 7 days...fuggetaboutit!

If its within 7 days of receipt of the item, you must send the item with its original packaging, and all the crap that came with it. If it works once they receive it...it will be returned to you at your expense. If its defective, they MAY give you a replacement if they have one....or credit you if they don't. (That means, you can buy some other piece of crap from them at another time if they are out of the item.) Further, you must pay for all shipping and insurance both ways.

Lesson....purchase from well known companies that do not include such horrendous return policies.

Good luck. Now go find the box your stuff came in and dont forget the warranty and instruction guides too!

You have call or email the seller 7 days after you recieve your product..if it's damaged or defective.
A RMA is a return authorization letter.
You have to pay to send it back.
If the product is not damged or defective....you will get it back and you will be billed for the shipping costs.
If they have the product in stock you will receive a replacement....if they dont...a they will credit your account.
If you wait past the 7 days...you cannot return the item.

The seller is not paying for shipping no matter what happens. You do.
