Who can I get to help me find Unclaimed Insurance Money? |
My Aunt died, and left me some insurance money. Her evil daughter destroyed it,and I do not know the name of the Insurance Company.I spoke with an Attorney, but he was unable to help me,because I didn't know the name of the Insurance Company. Find out who the administrator of her estate was, and speak with them. If the estate was already probated and the funds disbursed, there ought to be a legal record of this happening. Speak with someone at the courthouse in the county/city where your aunt lived/died. Bad news for you. You need to find the Lawyer who dealt with the Will. If she won't tell you will have to sue for the info, she is breaking the Law as you can not hold what legally isn't yours. You must get tough. |
