What rights do insurance company have to spy? |
Is it possible for an insurance company to legally bug your house or phone lines and use that evidence in court? No. Not even with a court order. Only law enforcement can bug your communications with a subpoena. Not unless they acquired a court order! If it is a insurance fraud case then the authorities, police, FBI could legally bug your house or phone lines and use that evidence in court. A private investigation can only have pictures, video and testify but not legally bug your house or phone lines and use that evidence in court. However most investigators are ex police PI licensed with guns and can gather other evidence. They can find out who you called and who called you and maybe get them to testify. |
