Just got ticket for not stopping at stop sign, no insurance, and expired registration...?

Just got ticket for not stopping at stop sign, no insurance, and expired registration... Im not worried about the fine I have to pay off, Im more concerned if I will be able to go to traffic school and clear them off my records... but I heard that you can only clear one violation at a time, does anybody know if this would most likely go onto my records and not be able to clear it?

This is in Los Angeles California btw...

That's only one moving violation. Moving violations are all you need to worry about.

Nope - you can't clear this off your record. In the majority of states you have committed a Misdemeanor (and in some states, like Arkansas, you have committed a class A Misdemeanor). You can only clear Violations off of your record - not misdemeanors - through traffic school.

Don't know about LA but in my town those charges would get you a few days in jail.

That is only one moving violation. In California you can go to traffic school once every 18 months for moving violations.

Before you go to court get your registration updated, and insurance. The fines will be considerably less if you go to court with these issues resolved.

I suggest paying them off right away or it will affect your record in every state a red flag will appear at the DMV. you should be fine if you pay them
