Son has been on approved MLA for seven weeks and has not received check from insurance co.?

Ins. co. has said they have sent a check three times and he has not received it. The doctor has faxed all the medical information over and over again. My son tells his co. of the problem and they say it is an insurance problem, not theirs. Is there any other step we can take? He is on the verge of losing his house.

Have him pick up the cheque from their office.
