Do I need to disclose a sealed misdemeanor conviction to apply for insurance license in GA? |
I want to get my GA license, and have passed my exam, but am concerned about a misdemeanot theft conviction that I have had selaed. I am very embarrassed by this because I am a professional person who made one miserable mistake seven years ago, but do not know if this information needs to be disclosed on my application? Any information regarding this would be helpful. Thanks! NO. if a judge sealed it then it cannot be checked by the company and the judge would only seal it so that it would not interfere in your future.~ |
