Are hospitals liable for patient falls occuring in their facilities through liablility insurance? |
Are hospitals liable for patient falls occuring in their facilities through liablility insurance? No one is automatically liable for the injuries of another. If the fall was the result of some negligence, then they might be liable. If there was no negligence, then they are not liable. If someone falls because its there own stupidity then there its not the hospitals problem otherwise all these idiots would walk into a hospital and just fall. Let's suppose someone visits your home and falls. |
