Does a seatbelt violation go on your driving record? and is it viewable by my insurance company? It will show up on your driving record but it is a non-moving violation so it won't affect your insurance. It should be listed as a non-moving violation and will not affect your insurance rates. It all depends on what the laws are in your area. Where I worked, it was changed from a non moving, to a moving violation. Your insurance company is looking for convictions on moving violations. no it doesnt go on a driving record and it will not affect your insurance You are so totally screwed! |
