I got in an accident. the other driver hit me and one other car. neither party had insurance. the other driver got a ticket.my car's totaled. i'm taking to the small claims? what is the worst thing that can happen to me? The person can only be found guilty of the traffic violations in traffic court. If you had insurance, they should take care of it. If not, bring all your bills, or several estimates to civil court.
