My husband recieved a court summons but doesn't have a social security number and is not legal what will?

happen if he doesn't respond to it. He's being sued by a insurance company. He doesn't recieve a pay check so they can't garnish his wages. What will happen with the judgement against him?

Arrested, then deported.

You should get him a good lawyer and start the process of him becoming a legal citizen. They shouldn't ask for his ss# in court, but it would look good if you had some kind of paperwork showing his becoming a citizen!!
