Removal of a second point on a license?

Here's my story; I got my first ticket about a year and half ago, did the traffic school, got the ticket cleared. About 6 months ago, I got another ticket, and then I got another one about two weeks right after that. Both those tickets were issued about a year after the first one. So just recently I paid both of the tickets off, one was in LA county and the other in San Bernadino county, the court in San Bernadino gave me the option of traffic school and I wanted to know, if I take the traffic school, will I get the second point on my license removed and only have one point on there instead of two? Or am I just wasting time taking traffic school? I don't want two points on my license and I know that traffic school won't change my insurance but that's ok, I just want to know if it will take the point off or not.

*Yes, I know I am a bad driver so please do not respond to this with "Slow Down" or "Learn how to Drive" because I know I skrewed up, and I am paying the price.
thank you.

the judge can have you take driving school every 90 days if they wish. it will take the point off and if you dont get the other to be tested for removal it will be on their for 5 years.. well lets just say you know try working on getting better at driving cjhs

i think there has to be 18 months between each traffic school. i've been in the same boat, and even have had my license suspended. now it's clear. you have to check with dmv to make sure you're able to take it or not. even if the san bernadino county court offered, you have to make sure you're allowed to take it. hopefully you'll learn from this experience like i have.
