Hope i dont have to go and get arrested..I got my licence revoked and had to pay some surecharges but theyre?

telling me i also have a failure to appear for a traffic fine .. i didnt even know.. now can i pay the traffic fine in full or do i have to go to court.. i dont even live close to that county anymore its like 11hrs away..Also im trying to get a car from a dealership so im trying to get my licence back asap so i can get the full cover insurance and take da car home .. please help

Call that county's clerk of court. Pay the fines and fees over the phone or however the give you the opportunity. This will lift the warrant. They will be able to tell you all this on the phone. Be sure to ask. Keep your cool otherwise it will just prolong things.

You would need to check with that county's clerk of court. If they have a simple fine to pay, then just pay the fines, but most likely you have a bench warrant out for a failure to appear, which you may need to go to court for...how did you miss the court date? If you can prove you were not properly notified, then you may get it easily dismissed or just have a new court date. Your best option though is to call the clerk of court.

Call the court and they will tell you what you have to do and then do it. It won't go away by itself, BTW if some one wants to give you a ticket for anything you are going to jail because that failure to appear suggests you won't show up.
