Traffic school rules in CA? |
today i received a speeding ticket for going 9 miles over the speed limit. about 15 months ago (january 2007) i received a traffic ticket for failure to stop completely while turning right at a red light. i attended traffic school for that which i completed feb 14 2007. i live in southern California, what's the rule regarding traffic school? am i eligible to attend traffic school? please serious and helpful answers only. i dont wanna hear anything about what a reckless driver i am and that i'm guilty. i know i am, i'm just trying to save money by keeping my insurance rates low since i'm a college student in great debt. thanks This court website says you can go every 18 months if your infraction qualifies for traffic school, which yours does: Seriously - YES you can take the drivers ed course up to 3 times, just be as humble as you are being now in front of the judge, do not make excuses, just plead guilty and ask for another chance at drivers ed.........You can do it, go for it, and watch your speed next time you drive, the judge will eventually get tired of seeing you in the courthouse, and maybe suspend your license and put you on probation picking up trash on the freeway on weekends for awhile................good luck.... |

Jb Hunt Schneider and other big trucking names probably wont hire you but a smaller company will. In most places you can 10-20 dry van companies willing to hire ... You are good to go! No problem.
