Legal questions about my car accident ?? |
I was in a car accident about a month ago. I was injured in the car accident and have been working with the other insurance company for my medical bills. We both received a ticket I don't know what his was. Mine was for driving on a suspended drivers license. I was wondering if their was a way I could find out about his ticket, and if I am at fault for getting the ticket?? Any answers are appreciated!! It would probably depend on the State in which you live in. You most likely will not be able to obtain a copy of the other person's ticket, but I know in Ohio, if you are driving on a suspended license, the accident is automatically your fault because you are not to be behind the wheel in the first place. You can request a copy of the police report. There is usually a fee, maybe $5.00. You cannot get access to his ticket - only to the accident report itself. |
