Insurance / Workman's comp. problem?

Back in August, i was living in Dallas, Texas, and working at a place called Sam's Club (Sub-corporation of Walmart).

On the job \, I was stung by a bee on the hand. I am allergic to Bees and knew it was a problem. My hand started to swell up and sting horribly. I told my manager, and that I was going to have to go to the Hospital. One of the managers drove me to a Hospital uptown. I waited for nearly 2 hours in the ER with my gigantic hand. When I got into a room, they asked for my insurance, and my manager had given them a Sam's Club card with all their insurance information. I was treated, and went home.

Now, some months later, I returned to my home in California.
Though, I am starting tor received Bills from the Hospital. I keep getting a repeated one for $203.00. I called the billing company and they said there was NO insurance from Sam's Club with the Bill. I called the HOSPITAL and they said that no records showed I even came in.

What should I do? I am lost (18yo, M)

You should contact Sam's club and forward the bill to them, it is their insurance who is obgligated to pay.
