Can an insurance company not pay my claim on my car wreck that wasn't my fault because I am over weight? |
I was hit by a kid without a licence, he thought he had it in park and hit the gas to hear the engine and come over to curbs and crash in to the side of my car. He doesnt have insurance or anything. But I do, I have under insured and no insurance coverage. It has been over a year. I have paid my bills and have had no claims for the last 7 years with them. They sent me a letter today telling me they wouldnt pay my claim because I was hurt because I am fat. Wouldnt I have gotten hurt worse if I was smaller? Yes by BMI I am very over weight. But I can still walk, drive, tie my shoes, and wipe my own butt. Plus they are saying that I had breast reduction to help my back.....but the kicker is that was 10 years ago.... what does that have to do with being hit while I was stopped... the kids car went flying in the air and T BONED me.... they really said they arnt paying becouse your fat....OMG, OMG, OMG you are going to get a lawyer and sue them so much that it will pay your lawyer off. now you can sue them for deflamation, the claim you are too fat.....omg any ambulance chasing lawyer would pick this up.... yes Hire a lawyer. Damn, you must be pretty fat for them to say that and take a chance on getting sued. |
