Ex not following Insurance Rules and Wants Father to pay difference? |
My husband ex-girlfriend doesnt follow the rules when it comes to their daughters medical insurance. The insurance would cover 100% if she followed the rules however she doesnt and want us to pay the difference. Does my hushand have too? Ex lives in Vermont Order reads to pay the child support which my husband does and provide medical insurance,which we do. We've even provided her with a list of providers in her area. what does the court order say under this issue? if nothing is in witting then its open |
