How can I look up a community managements insurance information in the state of florida.? |
Heres the deal.. I live in a community and the gate arm in the community damaged my car. The community refuses to furnish and insurance information.. How do I go around that and look up the communities insurance information? Is there a state insurance commisioner that holds all that information? or something like that? Im looking for a way to find out their insurance company other than asking because they wont give it up.. Serious responses only please based upon my own experience,here is a good resource that I have good luck with and would like to share with. They may not have coverage. If you are a member of the association you have the right to go to the office & ask. If not, send a demand letter for reimbursement with a copy of the repair bill. You may have to file a small claims action against th association. |
