Health insurance??

If u have just arrive the station as ur train starts to move, and u jump to the door of the train and,
1) get into the train but broke your leg
2) jump but cant get into the train but still broe ur leg....
in which situation would u get use of health insurance provided by the train company?

i think i'll wait for another train or i'll reach before time. i can't put my health on stake for anything. in above 2 cases if i were incharge no insurance would be given.

get onto the train and broke your leg

When you got onto the train...

If the train had already started to move when you made your jump. Then your negligent and the train company isnt responsable in either situation.

In no such situation. Unless there are other factors which could lead you to an argument that the train company shares a portion of the blame. Was a train conductor standing in the doorway? Was there anybody there who urged you to jump or failed to stop you? Give me some more information and maybe I can offer something. Otherwise, you're dead in the water.
