Misrepresentation on insurance proof card? |
The auto insurance company issued a card to be presented for proof of nsurance.2 months before the expiration date on the card they claimed to had not received payment that i sent and cancelled the policy.would this be considered msrepresentation?or something else? lets make this short and sweet - if you say you did pay the premium, there should be some sort of evidence, i.e. cancelled check aso. I don't know how you think it is misrepresentation. It IS poor customer relations. They should have contacted you about the missed payment before cancelling. |
