If a landlord doesnt have home insurance and someone gets hurt?

what happens if a landlord is being sued and he doesnt have insurance but he have alot of other apartment buildings and stuff. How would he pay for it if he doesnt have insurance for the house and someone got hurt because of his negligence?

It's mandatory for a landlord to have insurance he wouldn't have been able to purchase the place without it. Rentals especially!

Can we say money grubber? You fell down - **** happens - get over it. People like you make me sick. Reality is you will get medical and maybe work time if you lost work -- IF and only IF it was the fault of the landlord. You may get some pain/suffering but you are not going to get rich off this.
And the BEST part is that your LAWYER is going to suck a large part of the settlement up before you ever see a nickel.

Get a lawyer and sue him or go to Small Claims Court. He will have to pay out of his pocket if you win.
