Why Do Florida insurance Laws suck? |
Why come Florida doesn't require bodily injury liability. I recently post a ? yesterday found out it was Florida instead of GA. Now my uninsured motorist got to take care of my wife injuries and he get off easy. They provided us a rental car and pay us for our loss car but nothing else. So I guess anyone who lives in Florida could hit onyone and get away with it. I was wondering if the insurance company has anything else where I could filed this clam under. Does uninsured motorist insurance pay for pain and suffering I have no clue what the above answer means. |
