Lawyer's or insurance adjuster's can you answer this?

after 2 yr's of insurance adjuster's no contact, she leaves a message for my attorney too call her, my attorney has tried too make contact, but none still, this is a wk comp, with bad faith, anyway, the adjuster has 9 days left too answer too the dept of labor, I have a excellent case,I'm just wondering is her calling my attorney good or bad, and if you could explain what the good and bad are, thank you

its good...for you...bad for them....they are going for an objectionable defense. a lot of them do this when they have a weak case or are stalling for time. a last minute attempt will certainly be followed by them asking for a continuance. tell your attorney to object to the continuance and they have been give ample time allowed under state or federal statutes...which ever applies in you case.

then your attorney should ask for summary judgement immediately. if the judge does not way in on that, ask for expeditious review or trial.

should be over in a few weeks if summary judgement is granted. if not...looking at a lot of time. some cases go up to 3 years...good luck
