Can I just settle quickly with the insurance company of the guy who crashed into me? |
I was hit in my car the other day by a guy at fault. His insurance was All State. I was the only injured party. Can I just settle quickly with All State Insurance and get this over with? I have one more doc appt and that's it, I hope. get a lawyer... Only a lawyer can handle or argue what is dutifully your compensation... You CAN settle quickly , but that doesn't mean it would be wise. It is doubtful that All State's first offer would be their best. Therefore, if you can hold out, you might be able to get a better offer in the future, but it's definitely not a guarantee. So, if you're anxious to get things resolved and the money would be useful immediately, a quick settlement is not necessarily a bad thing. Either way, good luck! |
