How long do you have to report an accident to another persons insurance? |
I was hit from the back this morning. it was totally the other lady's fault, she doesnt deny it at all. We were both on our way to work so we exchanged info and split. She asked me not to tell her insurance, she would just cut me a check. i left it a week when the same thing happened to me. |
