Insurance company is ripping me off and bad faith and i need a good lawyer fast there is a good case here!!!? |
ok i was in a crash on july 5 2006 i had full coverage and not was at fault. 2day is may 26 2007.they first denied me my med covrage stating that they didn't get my claim form in but I have a proof email stating that they opened and read it. so I was not able to get treatment and get back to work(I was starting my own bizz)after months of fighting i got my med benifits but they stated that they dont do direct billing(it was against there policy) but I have a letter from others that kingsway general does do direct billing.now they have denied my my dis.benifits cause they say they didn't get my ab1 forms but I have a email from them stating thank you for sending in your ab1 form???my truck is still not fixxed i have car rental places coming after me for rental cost for cars that they said they where going to pay for when they where having someone look over my truck for 2 months?? then when he tells them what is wrong with it they say its not there problem when it is?? help me please! Go to http://www.badfaithinsurance.org/ and use their lawyer search. You will never find a good lawyer if you will ask your question here. Instead, I advise you to ask help from your friends or in a work place who knows or have lawyer friends too that can help you solve this kind of problem. Insurance companies, as much as possible, they don't like to pay the person who is in bad faith but they like to receive our money or pretty much want clients only for sure. So as long as you have all the evidence/copies about claim letter you sent to them, it is a good one as proof. But you have to be aware that insurance companies are more smart. Hence, you may not be able to detect some disadvantages or the cons upon signing into. When you signed to be insured for something, they will give you a manual or instruction/explanation pamphlets about their company which had not been mentioned during the day of the explanation when you signed. And this is commonly written in a very, very small size letters that no one has an interest to read it anymore. Though, that part could lead you into trouble with them. talk to a cicil lawyer. normally thgere are no charges for a consultation. if they take your case it will not cost you any out of pocket money. they will take the case for a percentage of what you win. if you lose it still cost you nothing hi check this link its good |
