Go to http://www.badfaithinsurance.org/ and use their lawyer search.

You will never find a good lawyer if you will ask your question here. Instead, I advise you to ask help from your friends or in a work place who knows or have lawyer friends too that can help you solve this kind of problem. Insurance companies, as much as possible, they don't like to pay the person who is in bad faith but they like to receive our money or pretty much want clients only for sure. So as long as you have all the evidence/copies about claim letter you sent to them, it is a good one as proof. But you have to be aware that insurance companies are more smart. Hence, you may not be able to detect some disadvantages or the cons upon signing into. When you signed to be insured for something, they will give you a manual or instruction/explanation pamphlets about their company which had not been mentioned during the day of the explanation when you signed. And this is commonly written in a very, very small size letters that no one has an interest to read it anymore. Though, that part could lead you into trouble with them.
I had a trouble like this before also when I and the other truck was speeding the same (80kph) on two lines. Suddenly the other truck changed his route towards my line without giving any signal light and hit the front side of my car. The driver was supposed to neglect me and speed his way more. But I did not give up, instead, I kept following him and beeping my car so he could pull over while I call the police station also. It was like a car chase after that and 20 minutes later, he pulled over. We had a heated argument. The police officers came first and asked me how it happened. I told them he changed his route without giving a signal and that causes to hit his car to mine. Few minutes later, the insurance company representative came. I thought I could receive full coverage from the damage of my car, since it was not my fault. But the person-in-charge of the insurance told me that cars moving together, even if its not my fault, the percentage will be 97% only. That would mean, the insurance company will only pay me 97% and the rest 3% will be my responsibility. I know it's not fair but after all I saw the disadvantages thru the manual when I read it again carefully.

talk to a cicil lawyer. normally thgere are no charges for a consultation. if they take your case it will not cost you any out of pocket money. they will take the case for a percentage of what you win. if you lose it still cost you nothing
